A very special visitor.

Our lovely receptionist Lozza was finally allowed to bring Mr Delicious into the agency for the day. Suffice to say everyone went gaga. No work was achieved. And puppy sales are forecast to skyrocket.

Say hi to the nice followers, Mr Delicious.

Chris.

Three ads walk into a bar.

You guys like advertising? Us too!
Here are three nice, simple, light-humoured clips from our cousins at M&C Saatchi LA for Three Olives Vodka. Check out ‘Cowboys’ above. With ‘Sugar Daddies’ and ‘Sportscasters’ after the jump.

We’re not allowed to play favourites, but if we were, it would be ‘Cowboys’.
What?! Jus’ sayin’.

Get @theashes to The Ashes.

Our Sydney siblings got their tweet on for this fun social media experiment thing. Their client Qantas jumped onboard the hoopla and is now flying @theashes to The Ashes. It’s all explained betterer here#gettheashestotheashes

As Promised.

Here is the evidence of our expedition to the 1950’s Country Club. Collect the whole set over at Hungover.com.au. Oh, and thanks go to Stu Morely (the pro) and Sang (the AD with a Canon).

There ain’t no party like a M&C party.

Last night we embarked on a journey back in time to the 1950’s M&C Saatchi Country Club. Right now, I think we’re all wishing we could go back in time again and replace that last Martini for a water. Yikes.

Sang is the only one working hard today. He’s in charge of editing the photos. We’ll share the carnage soon.

Chris.

Betfair Ashes campaign.

After months of secrecy, we can finally reveal our Ashes work for Betfair. Doogie and Bryan have been tight-lipped about their through-the-line work featuring ex-English cricket captain Michael Vaughan. But now it’s all yours.

Below are the embeds of the teaser clips. Can we say they went viral? Yeah let’s use the V word. They managed to rack up 150,000 hits between them. The two viral teaser clips are followed by three entertaining TVCs. All directed by Plaza’s Dave Klaiber.

You can read all the details about Becoming A Betfair Australian aka ‘Urn Coat’ in the press release here. Enjoy.

Have you met Julian?

Introducing our most recent work for ANZ Agribusiness. Following on from the successful Barbara From Bank World campaign, Connor & Pepper took aBANK to the country. In the first of the series, we meet Julian, an ”agribusiness banker” who doesn’t really “get it”. Keep an eye out for more work soon.

Chris.

Tumblr tuesday. Do it.

If you love us, you’ll recommend us. Right?
Course you will. Because you’re great.

Speaking of great, Facebook.
Are you an M&C Saatchi Melbourne ‘likerer’?

And while we’re no longer independently on the twit, we’ll soon be a part of @mcsaatchi. So do that too.

Spread the word, people.
Share the love.
Don’t be greedy.

xxoo

Barbara reaches cult status. Official.

Sure, it’s just one write-up. But we’ll take it. Here’s some carefully selected paraphrazes:

“A clever TVC [that] develops into a cult like following”
“A campaign that is so good it sprouts new opportunities”

“humorous commercials”

Read the whole shebang over at Digital Marketing Lab. And if you haven’t already, give ol’ Babs a Like on Facebook.

Happy Birthday M&C Sydney!

This month marks 15 years since M&C Saatchi Sydney began their quest for greatness. Tonight the team celebrate. Tomorrow they reach for the Powerade.

Wish them a happy day via @mcsaatchi. And follow the madness at Hungover

Chris.

An inside job.

While we were out commiserating the departure of freelancer Steven Justice, a spot of culturejamming occurred back at M&C HQ.

A fresh start for Realestate.com.au

After recently winning Realestate.com.au as a client, we’re stoked to be releasing our first campaign into the wild. Hats off to Connor and Pepper for this lovely work. Above is the TV / Cinema. Below is a Poster, Lenticular Poster and Digital Outdoor Site.

We hope you like it
